Please read these terms carefully before using the takagem platform. This document sets out the legal agreement between you and us.
Welcome to takagem. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the takagem platform (website, mobile application and all related services). By using our site or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.
These Terms are written in English and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. takagem provides services only to individuals aged 21 or older.
General Provisions
1.1 Introduction

1.2 Eligibility

Account Registration and Management

takagem follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. If you exceed certain deposit or withdrawal limits, or if requested by our security team, you may be required to provide the following documents:

2.3 Account Security

Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
takagem currently supports the following payment methods:

3.2 Deposit Conditions
The payment account used when making a deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal request to be processed:
- The account's KYC verification must be completed;
- The wagering requirement on any bonus must be fulfilled (where applicable);
- The withdrawal method must be the same as the one used to deposit (where possible);
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Withdrawals are usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes. In special circumstances, security checks may cause additional delays.
3.4 Currency
All transactions on takagem are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
takagem offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw. If you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly;
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active (unless specifically stated);
- Minimum contribution restrictions for payment methods may apply when using bonus funds;
- takagem reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus.
4.4 VIP Program
The takagem VIP Program has four tiers:

5.1 Fair Play Policy

- Placing bets using artificial intelligence, bots or automated software;
- Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes;
- Abusing promotional offers;
- Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
5.2 Betting Limits
Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits which are displayed in the game lobby. takagem reserves the right to change betting limits in special circumstances.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a disconnection or technical error, the result will be considered valid if it has been saved on the server. If a bet remains incomplete due to an error, takagem may make a discretionary decision.
